These series are for the US Sabot and RS Tera skippers (novices, A, B and C fleets). Actual dates of each series of regatta can be found on the calendar (under the Member's tab). The RS Feva will be racing and competing for one overall award only. Feva skippers will rotate partner and in their role (crew or helm).

Warm-up Series

2 Sundays: 3 races each day + 1 adult race - All fleets together - Results will determine the fleet assignment of each skipper.


1st Summer Series

3 Sundays - 3 races each day + 1 adult race (will include Mother's Day Race)


2nd Summer Series

3 Sundays - 3 races each day + 1 adult race (will include Father's Day Race)


Memorial Day week-end

Saturday and Sunday sailing - 6 races + 1 adult race each day - Races by fleet - Trophy for low point best result from any fleet - Trophy Award during family picnic at the end of Sunday at Mesa Park.


Zimmerman Trophy - 4th of July

1 day regatta - at least 5 races - often associated with Semana Nautica


Dinghy Jamboree

Summer Jamboree: last Sunday before summer break in July. Fun day with races in pairs, boat decoration, water fights.

Final Dinghy Jamboree: last Sunday of the season (first Sunday of October). Fun day with races, Helmet Dash race and water fights against the Board.


Labor Day week-end

Saturday and Sunday sailing - 6 races + 1 adult race each day - Races by fleet - Adult race: Bell Cup for women and Lemp Cup for men


Dog Watch Series

Over 4 consecutive Sundays - 2 races / day - Races by fleet. Series takes place same day as Champ Cup and Cadet Cup.


Champ Cup Series

Must qualify to participate: have participated and helped during instructionals and be top 5 in your fleet. Skipper may be from any fleet. Race often includes jibing or tacking at the bell boy. 4 consecutive Sundays - 1 race / day - Series takes place same day as Dog Watch and Cadet Cup.


Cadet Cup Series

For those skippers who do not qualify for Champ Cup or do not want to race in Champ Cup. 4 consecutive Sundays - 1 race / day - Series takes place same day as Dog Watch and Cadet Cup.
